Shehab Uddin Sumon, mostly known as Shehab Sumon at work, is a professional journalist with a two-decade-long experience serving both print and electronic media.

He is currently working for Arab News, the leading English daily from Middle East as its Bangladesh Correspondent since 2017. Besides, he also has been working for German broadcaster ARD as a broadcast journalist since 2011.

Previously, Shehab served for different national television stations named including Ekushey Television, NTV, Banglavision, Channel I and  Boishakhi TV.

​

Prior to that he began his journalism career with daily Sangbad -the oldest bangle daily of the country -  as a staff reporter.
