Maksuda Aziz is a multiple award-winning specialist in mobile journalism and social media news analytics.

She won environmental journalism award by Deutsche Welle and German Federal Foreign Office in 2021 for producing a single device story. She is also one of the top five finalists in the MoJo Fest 2020.

She is an independent journalist currently working with Mongabay and Deutsche Welle.

Maksuda is a reputed media trainer with the DW Akademie and previously she worked with BBC Media Action.

She has contributed to enable the country's most popular daily Prothom Alo's mobile journalism department.
